Can we still make enrolment changes now that the Payment Portal is closed?

You can still make changes to your subjects or your student’s subjects now that the Payment Portal has closed. Any enrolment changes after this time will not be reflected on your final invoice, and no payment on the students behalf will be required.

For enrolment changes, please reach out to the Edrolo support team at help@edrolo.com.au or on 1300 337 656 with the following information: 

  • Students full name
  • The name of your school
  • The email address registered to the student’s Edrolo account
  • The enrolment change that needs to be made
