Please note: if a student changes subjects after the Payment Portal closes in the middle of March, they are not entitled to a direct refund from Edrolo.
Students who withdraw from a class after paying for their resources through the Payment Portal, will have a credit applied to their account. Edrolo issues refunds on accounts that have available credit on the 1st and 14th of each month. This refund process begins in early December and ends in the middle of March at the same time the Payment Portal closes.
Any credit amount will be refunded back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to show on your bank statement.
