A receipt for purchases made via the Payment Portal will be sent to the primary email address associated with the student's Edrolo account. This is usually the email address set during our account activation process.
If you would like a copy of the receipt as a parent, please contact us at help@edrolo.com.au. In your email please include:
- The full name of your child
- Your child's school
We will then email you a copy of the receipt.
