There are a number of reasons as to why your email address isn’t being recognised.
- Ensure that your Edrolo account has been activated and you have confirmed your email address by clicking on the account confirmation link sent to your email. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder!
To activate your account, please follow the instructions here. - If you have an active Edrolo account and your email still isn’t being recognised, make sure that the spelling is correct and that there are no spaces before or after the email.

- Your full name
- The name of your school
- Your email address
- The subjects you are studying
