My last name was not recognised

If your last name is not being recognised when activating your account, please ensure that you have spelt everything correctly and there are no spaces before or after your name.

In your email, please include: 

  • Your full name
  • The name of your school
  • Your year level
  • Your email address
  • Your subjects
  • Your class codes and/or your teacher and two students in each class
