I didn't receive my confirmation email

If you have attempted to activate your account and you have not received the confirmation email, simply follow the steps below:

    1. Make sure that the email is spelt correctly. If not you can go through the activation process again and correct the email address.
    2. Check your spam or junk folder
    3. Sometimes it takes a bit longer for the email to be sent. If you haven’t received it within 2 hours you can head back to the link in Step 1 and try again.

If you still have not received the confirmation email, please send us a message at help@edrolo.com.auIn your email, please include the following information:

      1. Your full name
      2. The name of your school
      3. The email address registered on your Edrolo account
      4. The names of the subjects you are studying
