If you have attempted to activate your account but haven’t received a confirmation email, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure your email address is spelt correct and that there are no spaces before or after your email. If there was a spelling error, you can complete the activation process again and correct the email.
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Sometimes it may take a little longer for this confirmation email to arrive. If you haven’t received anything after 2 hours, try to activate your account again.
