If you have attempted to activate your account and you have not received the confirmation email, simply follow the steps below:
- Make sure that the email is spelt correctly. If not you can go through the activation process again and correct the email address.
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Sometimes it takes a bit longer for the email to be sent. If you haven’t received it within 2 hours you can head back to the link in Step 1 and try again.
If you still have not received the confirmation email, please send us a message at help@edrolo.com.au. In your email, please include the following information:
- Your full name
- The name of your school
- The email address registered on your Edrolo account
- The names of the subjects you are studying
