I didn't receive my confirmation email

If you have attempted to activate your account but haven’t received a confirmation email, please try the following troubleshooting steps: 

  • Make sure your email address is spelt correct and that there are no spaces before or after your email. If there was a spelling error, you can complete the activation process again and correct the email.
  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Sometimes it may take a little longer for this confirmation email to arrive. If you haven’t received anything after 2 hours, try to activate your account again.

In your email, please include: 

  • Your full name
  • The name of your school
  • Your email address
  • The subjects you are studying
