Timetabling Solutions (LISS) Configuration Guide

The Timetabling Solutions (LISS) integration allows your timetable to sync directly with Edrolo's enrolment management system. This means better data security, faster updates, and fewer errors. 

By connecting the two systems, we eliminate the need for you to manually submit enrolment changes or send data exports to us.

To set up the LISS integration with Timetabling Solutions, follow these steps:

1. From the Timetabling Solutions homepage, go to the administration console and click on SIF/LISS Integrations.
   
2. Click +Add.
   
3. Choose LISS Provider from the top banner.
4. Enter the URL, Username, and Password provided by Edrolo. If you don’t have this information, contact the Edrolo School Support Team.
5. In the UserAgent field type in “Timetabling Solutions”.
6. In the School field, enter your school’s full name.
7. Select Sync at specific time to enable the auto-sync function and enter your preferred time you’d like Edrolo to receive your sync.
8. In the section that says “Select the integration calls you want to perform with this LISS partner,” check the following 5 boxes:
   • Publish Students
   • Publish Teachers
   • Publish Classes
   • Publish Timetable
   • Publish Class Memberships
9. Validate the sync and click Synchronise and then Save.
   
10. Go to The Daily Organiser webpage and turn on Publish Daily Organiser on the homepage.
    
11. You can now trigger the sync directly from The Daily Organiser webpage whenever there are enrolment changes.
