The dropdown menu below contains some FAQs related to Edrolo's Payment Portal.

Do I need to pay for all courses in my account?

Edrolo is a classroom resource that your school has chosen to subscribe to. Your account will be charged for the number of subjects the school advises you are enrolled in.

As your school wishes to use Edrolo across all subscribed subjects, we're unable to remove individual subjects unless you have withdrawn from the class. In this case, please see the Changing Your Subjects Help Article.
Can I remove the print textbook?
If your school has chosen to bundle print + digital access for textbook subjects, you must purchase access as a bundle via the Payment Portal. You will not have the option to purchase the digital licence only.
Why are my courses locked?
If you have not made a payment for your Edrolo resources by the Payment Due Date, your course access will be temporarily restricted until the balance has been paid in full. As soon as payment is made, access to all courses will be restored. The default Payment Due Date is 12 December 2022, however, your school may have chosen an alternative date. If you are unsure of the Payment Due Date for your school, please contact your teacher or get in touch with the Edrolo School Support Team.
Can I purchase a print textbook after my initial payment?
If your school is subscribed to optional print textbooks, you may purchase a print book at any time. To do so, navigate to the home page of your account and click the link on the left-hand side 'Add a print textbook to your digital subscription'. If your school is not subscribed to Edrolo textbooks or is subscribed to digital-only resources, you are unable to order a print textbook. Access to Edrolo resources is only available through a school subscription.
When will my print textbook be delivered?
All print textbooks will be delivered from late January 2023 onwards. Schools can choose between the following delivery options:

Books delivered directly to students

  • Your book/s will be delivered by Australia Post, who will send an email with tracking details as soon as the parcel reaches their network
  • Deliveries require a signature, if no one is home to sign for the delivery, it will be taken to your local post office to collect within 14 days

Books delivered directly to the school

  • Edrolo will deliver student and teacher copies to the school in late January
  • The school will distribute books to students who have paid via the Payment Portal
Can I update the delivery address for my print textbook?
