In order for students and teachers to access Edrolo's online video lessons and interactive content via our web application, School I.T. Departments should follow the steps below:

  1. Allow list the following domains through your firewall:
    • *.akamaihd.net
    • *.edrolo.com.au
    • *.google-analytics.com
    • *.newrelic.com
    • *.nr-data.net
    • *.segment.com
    • *.segment.io
    • *.sentry-cdn.com
    • *.wistia.com
    • *.wistia.net
    • *.zopim.com
    • cloud.typography.com
  2. Allow list *@edrolo.com.au, on your email server and any associated third-party spam filters
  3. Exclude the following domains from any traffic shaping or student download limits:
    • *.edrolo.com.au
    • *.wistia.com
  4. Check that your proxy supports Server Name Indication (SNI). If your school uses a proxy that performs SSL inspection but does not support SNI, your students may experience problems using Edrolo. The solution to this is to exclude media.edrolo.com.au from SSL inspection until your proxy manufacturer releases a software upgrade to enable SNI.
  5. If your school uses Netbox Blue, tick the "Amazon Cloudfront" checkbox to exclude it from HTTPS inspection
