Students

All enrolment changes are managed and updated on our end by the Edrolo School Support Team. If your Edrolo courses need to be updated (for instance, if you have recently enrolled in a new subject or you have withdrawn from a subject), please contact us at help@edrolo.com.au.

In your email, please include the following information:

  1. Your full name
  2. The name of your school
  3. The subject name, year level, and class code (if you know it) of the class that you need to be added to or removed from
  4. The name of your teacher(s) and two students in that class

A member of our team will then update your enrolments and will let you know when this has been completed!

Teachers

All teacher allocation changes are managed and updated on our end by the Edrolo School Support Team. If you need to update your Edrolo courses (for instance, if you have recently been added as a teacher to a subject), please contact us at help@edrolo.com.au.

In your email, please include the following information:

  1. Your full name
  2. The name of your school
  3. The subjects, class codes and year levels of the classes you teach/need access to or need to be removed from. If you are unsure of the class codes, please let us know the name of two students in your class

A member of our team will then update your teaching allocation and will let you know when this has been completed!
