To set up Edrolo at your school and keep class enrolments and teacher allocations up to date, we need an export of your full timetable from your timetabling system. The data should be in an Excel or CSV file format.
We have direct export functions built into the following timetabling systems:
- Timetabling Solutions
- TES (E10)
- TASS
- SchoolEdge
- Griddle
If your school doesn’t use one of these systems, don’t worry! Your timetabling system likely has an export feature that can provide the necessary data.
We need the following information in an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file:
- Subject name and class code (class code is important for multiple classes)
- All students' first and last names in each class (use actual names, not preferred names)
- Each student’s individual school ID number
- All teachers' first and last names for each class
- Each teacher’s individual staff code
