There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to access your Edrolo resources.
- Your subscribed courses may be temporarily locked until you complete your payment through the Payment Portal.

- If you are unable to access your Edrolo resources due to a Gremlin or Gremlins, please follow the troubleshooting steps outlined in this article.
If you have already paid for your Edrolo resources and are still unable to access your course content, please email the Edrolo Customer Support Team via help@edrolo.com.au

- Your name
- Your email address
- Your school
- The name of the subject/s that you’re are unable to access
